With a professional background that includes roles as a school counselor, assistant principal, and high school principal, Demetrius has spent his career working at the intersection of education, leadership, and personal development. His work has consistently focused on helping individuals move beyond their circumstances by addressing both practical needs and internal barriers to growth.

Demetrius holds advanced degrees in guidance & counseling and sports administration, is certified in educational leadership, and is a member of the Maxwell Leadership Team. He brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, relational mentorship, and faith-centered values to his work with Permenter Promise.
