A Continuum of Care
Permenter Promise, Inc. is dedicated to bridging the gap between vulnerability and independence for our veterans by providing structured, purpose-driven housing and services.
Our journey begins with compassionate intake and assessment. Veterans meet with a rapid-response team member for a comprehensive evaluation of their needs—covering health, financial, legal, and social standing. Once accepted, they receive a personalized Program Agreement and move into their safe, structured, sober-living environment (Pillar 1).
The core residential phase is driven by an assigned Case Manager (CM), acting as a personal life coach, who implements a co-developed Individual Service Plan (ISP) focused on holistic growth:

Capability Building: Mandatory workshops cover essential Life Skills (Pillar 2), including financial literacy, budgeting, and home care.

Future Focus: The CM guides the veteran toward Education & Career Advancement (Pillar 3), securing stable employment or vocational training.

Spiritual Foundation: The program includes Purpose & Character Building (Pillar 4)—access to mentorship, community engagement, and non-denominational spiritual encouragement to foster a strong moral and resilient future.
The final phase, Transition and Reintegration (Pillar 5), starts 90 days out, focusing exclusively on securing permanent housing. The CM provides direct landlord advocacy, assists with securing deposits, and confirms the veteran has met their financial savings goal. Upon successful move-out, the veteran receives comprehensive community referrals and benefits from our Follow-Up and Aftercare program, which includes check-ins at 30, 90, and 180 days to ensure sustained stability.
